Feedback
I thoroughly enjoyed this class for many reasons. I liked the projects and got to expand my knowledge of Photoshop. The thought the filming aspects were challenging but fun to complete. The final project was the best, I think, because we all had great groups which we picked ourselves (so no pressure) and it allowed us to really be creative which resulted in a bunch of different styled films. Critical feedback form the class is crucial to the learning process and I liked how we had designated time to do just that. Without it I feel we would never learn. Thank you to all the Professors especially Professor Starosta for making this class great!

Jam Session
Jam Session is a take off of our last film, Traffic Poem. We decided to stay with the concept of traffic for reasons unknown but with some characters and a drive we came up with Jam Session.
We planned out everything but along the way we had to improvise a little bit because of time.We ended up taking out a few shots that we had planned on using but decided against it because they didn't quite fit. The voice over was one thing we had originally anticipated being in the film because we wanted the audience to not only see the actions being done but also hear "Jam's" own thoughts during the action. The soundtrack was a last minute choice when we noticed that narration didn't cover the entire "dream sequence". So we added it to give a little more substance and add noise to places that had none. Overall, I am satisfied with the film. I think the team did a great job filming, recording, acting, and editing. Thanks and I hope you enjoy!
